3219means week 32 of 2019. That tire is roughly built in August 2019.0521means week 5 of 2021.

- Load Range letters (C, D, E, F, G). Higher letter, higher capacity and higher max pressure. A Load Range E is stronger than a D. This is common on trailer (ST) tires.
